Festival of Voice Begins. . .
Today sees the launch of Festival of Voice, Cardiff’s Biennial International Arts Festival. We’ll be following the festival closely either filming or in attendance whilst sharing our festival recommendations and reviews here on the blog.
Later we’ll be heading to the Donald Gordon Theatre at the WMC to catch Billy Bragg and Nadine Shah for an evening of music And conversation in their show Voices of Protest.
Other events happening today include Lovecraft (not the sex shop in Cardiff) which is a one-woman show created and performed by Carys Eleri, who will explore the neuroscience of love and loneliness by combining intelligent and ludicrously funny songs with heartfelt tales of her own experiences.
