Grab your wellies, it’s festival time.
If you know On Par. then you’ll know that we love our pals over at Green Man Festival and have been making films for them for years. So when our other pals at S4C wanted a programme made about the festival we were more than happy to be the filling in that pal sandwich.
Both were looking for something with a cinematic edge and some stylistic flair, to set it apart from festival programmes of the past – something that falls perfectly into our skillset. This hour of TV brought the Green Man festival into audiences homes (minus the portaloos) and showcased some of the best artists that both Wales and the world has to offer.
Running a 30+ strong crew over 4 days we captured every inch of the festival from headline acts right down to food vendors. Editing both on and off-site as the festival unfolded in order to turnaround the whole programme in neck breaking speed, broadcasting less than a week after the festival ended – to high praise from both audiences and industry professionals.
